Soft Strip Enabling

We regularly undertake projects involving the soft stripping of materials and services prior to the demolition or refurbishment of the building. Before strip out services can take place, Pectel’s specialist team will assess the property’s structural design, ascertaining any unforeseen elements such as asbestos or structural difficulties.

This work encompasses the removal of fixtures and fittings, furnishings and non-load bearing partitions from the building. Material will be sorted into the various waste classifications defined by the Environment Agency and, wherever possible, delivered to designated recycling centres.
