Marks & Spencers
Marks & Spencer (M&S) is the largest clothing retailer in the UK with over 600 domestic and 285 international stores.
Pectel undertook works at the flagship Oxford street store known as ‘The Pantheon’ on behalf of the main contractor Mace Plus. The asbestos removal works took place over 2 phases across a 40 week programme and included a scope of the removal of asbestos ceiling tiles, flooring and wall partitions from sales floors and back of house offices.
The store was handed back on time and in with minimum disruption to a major live trading store.
