To ensure that quality work and safety procedures are maintained throughout all projects, regular verification processes are undertaken by Health & Safety Officers on site.
Accident and incident statistics are a regular KPI undertaken to ensure safety on both office sites and projects. Management review is undertaken on a case-by-case basis to investigate each accident, identify the causal factors, prioritize these and then implement effective corrective/preventative measures to reduce future incidents.
