Pectel’s Ethical Business Conduct Policy declares our commitment to the adherence to established ethical business conduct. In our Human Rights Policy, we state our support and encouragement for a modern society where the rights and responsibilities of people are clearly recognised. Our Sustainability Policy recognises the environmental, social and economic requirements for achieving sustainable development and our responsibility in contributing towards that sustainability.
We have developed clear policies in areas such as Industrial Relations, Equal Opportunities and, in a commitment to investing in the benefit of local communities, a Local Employment Policy.
The methodology, practices and procedures supporting these key areas of Corporate Social Responsibility are managed within the integrated management framework of our Safety, Quality and Environmental Policies.
